However simple it looks, it has extreme difficulty level.
Especially the category of pastry dough that my Dad agrees upon (super tight texture) has extreme difficulty in rolling🙌😅😉.
According to him, if you make loose dough then it’s easy to roll but the end product gets soft once gets cold. Which is technically incorrect
