Try these stuffed flat-breads with boiled potatoes and my favorite spices. These breads are filling-complete nutrition and a great way to start your Hectic Day.
Today I had to Cook a quick breakfast at 6 o’clock in the morning for my Homestay guest, who wanted to start early for the city sightseeing. So this is fastest–in total 30 minutes it was on the table. From, boiling potatoes to making dough to rolling all can be done.
For convenience I peeled and diced the potatoes thus, boiling them was only 10 minutes total.
I used 1 large potato and 2 cups of flour which made 4 paranthas. You can store the dough in fridge for a day or two in an airtight container and it can be reused.
